Booking Policy
All appointments must be booked online. A valid card is required to secure your appointment. Please review service descriptions carefully before booking to ensure you select the correct service.
Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits go toward your total service cost and secure your time slot.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24–48 hours in advance (you can choose which window fits you best).
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit.
Same-day cancellations may require full payment before rebooking.
No-shows must pay 100% of the service fee before booking again.
Late Policy
Please arrive on time. A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed.
Arrivals after the grace period may need to be rescheduled.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation, with the deposit forfeited.
Hair Preparation Policy
Clients are responsible for arriving with hair prepared as required for their service (clean, detangled, product-free, etc.).
Excess detangling or prep may incur an additional fee.
Failure to arrive prepared may result in cancellation.
Guest Policy
To maintain a calm and focused environment, no extra guests or children are allowed unless they are being serviced.
Payment Policy

All services must be paid in full at the end of your appointment. Prices are subject to change.
Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied, please notify us within 24–48 hours so adjustments can be discussed.
Health & Safety Policy
Please do not book if you are experiencing symptoms of illness, scalp infections, or contagious conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service for health and safety reasons.
Respect Policy
We ask all clients to treat the stylist, space, and other clients with respect. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
